The people behind DeytoDey.
A small, hands-on team with decades of combined experience in property, finance and acquisition — and a portfolio of our own that keeps us aligned with every client we work for.

Richard Dey.
Richard started in property very young, at the age of 16, working in the family business he still runs to this day — the Property Centre, which is predominantly a commercial agency across the North West. Having been involved in property since he was young, he has gained experience developing sites in the Wirral, flipping houses, and has now built up a portfolio worth over £5m, using his experience and resources along the way.
The idea of creating a new company, DeytoDey, was to cater for his own private clients, whom he had built up over the years, and to offer effectively a one-stop-shop service — being a proactive, resourceful agent who would acquire the properties for clients based all over the globe, then negotiate on their behalf, arrange finance if required, and manage the asset, so that it's a hands-off investment. This has ultimately led to every client wanting to continue to put capital in with DeytoDey and build their portfolio with the team by their side, giving them full confidence.
It has always been a strong point of my career — being a good people person and making clients trust me fully to deal with all their assets and capital. It of course helped having a portfolio myself, which gave me the extra edge over other agents, as I would manage the properties like my own, giving the client a top service. Over time, all the clients within our portfolio are now classed as friends, being referred over to more friends and family who have assets they need assistance with or capital to invest — and the business continues to thrive organically.

Brad Kamel.
Following my private education, I started my career in the family business, which operated within the financial sector, and went on to spend 17 years specialising in property finance and acquisition funding. During that time, I guided clients through every stage of their property journey: from helping first-time buyers get onto the ladder, to supporting investors in building substantial portfolios, and later restructuring finances to unlock capital for further growth and acquisitions.
Seeking a new challenge, I spent 5 years on the Costa del Sol, selling high-end luxury properties and leveraging the extensive professional network I had built throughout my financial career. In 2006, I returned to the UK, where I focused on selling assets I had helped clients acquire, including residential portfolios and hotels.
In 2023, I met the Director of DeyToDey Estates, and we completed our first deal together: I brought the selling clients to the table, while Richard brought the institutional buyers. I was deeply impressed by the integrity and professionalism with which Richard runs his business, and in 2025, I joined the DeyToDey team full-time.
Working alongside someone you can trust, who shares the same enthusiasm and standards in the property sector, delivers outstanding results. I'm proud to say I'm not only a key part of the DeyToDey team, but a trusted colleague and friend of Richard Dey.
