Invest From Abroad

Own the North West, from anywhere.

Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Amsterdam — we make UK property work for investors who can't walk into the office. We own what we recommend, and we're on the ground.

Why Overseas Investors Choose Us

UK expats and international investors work with us for one reason: we own what we recommend, and we're on the ground. Video viewings of the actual buildings, WhatsApp-first communication in your time zone, and enhanced AML onboarding that makes buying from abroad straightforward.

Questions

Buying from abroad, explained.

Can I invest in UK property if I live abroad?

Yes. Non-UK residents can buy UK property freely. We handle the process end to end — sourcing, solicitor coordination, and enhanced AML onboarding designed for overseas buyers, so distance is a logistics detail rather than a barrier.

Can non-residents get UK finance?

Often, yes. Several of our lending partners offer products for non-residents and expats. Terms differ from resident lending, and we'll introduce you to the right partner for your position — we don't arrange finance ourselves.

How do viewings work from overseas?

Live video viewings with Richard or an advisor walking the actual building, plus full video surveys, floor plans and title documentation before you commit. Many overseas clients complete without visiting in person.

What taxes apply to overseas buyers?

Non-residents pay a 2% SDLT surcharge on top of standard rates, and rental income is UK-taxable. The exact picture depends on your residence and structure — we'll always suggest independent cross-border tax advice, and can introduce specialists.

Who manages the property after I buy?

We do — the same in-house team that manages our own £50m+ portfolio, overseen by RICS-approved site managers, with quarterly reporting sent wherever you are.
