Three blocks totalling 15 flats in Oxton, purchased from an old landlord and long-standing client who wanted an easy and discreet sale. This was a client Richard had worked with for over ten years, having disposed of more than £20m worth of assets on their behalf over that time — and this was the final part of their residential portfolio.

Purchased at £900k, some focused asset management has since seen the flats revalued at £1.35m.
