MerseyWalk — 33 town houses disposed to an institutional fund

This was part of a £50m portfolio we disposed in 2022 to multiple funds, including Grainger PLC — one of the UK's biggest private landlords. This particular asset, 33 town houses across Wirral and Liverpool, was sold for £3.3m to a group called G2M.

The relationship didn't end at completion. G2M went on to work alongside us for many years, acquiring over £20m worth of assets throughout the UK with us at their side.
