Fenwick Street — bringing a vacant Grade II building back to life

Richard acted for a client who had a Grade II listed building in Liverpool city centre that had been vacant for some time, with no clear plan for its future.

Richard sold the property to JSM Group, a very well-known operator in the city, who has since transformed the building and brought it back to life. Both the seller and the buyer showed their appreciation for the way the sale was handled — and both continue to do business with Richard today.
