6. Reporting Suspicious Activity: Employees are required to report any suspicious activity or transactions to the designated AML officer immediately. We will ensure that all reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with legal obligations.

 

7. Record Keeping: We will maintain comprehensive records of all client due diligence measures, transactions, and reports of suspicious activity for a minimum of five years. These records will be made available to relevant authorities upon request.

 

8. Review and Update: This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory guidance, or our business operations.
